Echinacea is well known for its immune stimulating properties. We like to take it at the first sign of a cold or flu. It can also be taken when everyone around us is sick to increase our resistance to the germies. It can also be used topically to relieve a bug bite or sting.
Take 1-2 dropperfuls (20-40 drops) at the first sign of a cold, repeat every few hours until symptoms are relieved.
For precaution, take 1-2 dropperfuls 1-3 times daily.
