Strawberry Cilantro Shrub contains white wine vinegar, local organic strawberries from our neighbors at the market Jeff's Organic Produce, organic honey, locally foraged maitake and cilantro grown by Smiling Earth.
This syrup is high in Vitamin C, from both the strawberries and cilantro. Strawberries, cilantro and maitake can help regulate blood sugar levels. Strawberries contain anti-histamines and combined with honey, this might be another addition to your menu to help with allergies.
